I have terminal service running with Windows 2000 Server operating system. Is there anyway to increase the color resolution above 256? The application I am running with terminal service has fine colored lines in the text which cannot display at 256 color. There dosn't seem to be a higher setting in the preferences. Without these lines it is very dificult to use this application. Any help would be appreciated.

AFAIK W2K TS only allows for 256 colors. In order to get High Color (16bit), you would need Win2003 TS (or Citrix on top of W2K or NT 4.0 TS).

Thanks for the reply, I was afraid that would be the answer. We probably should look into an upgrade, but just to run terminal service that will be expensive.
