My History Teacher is getting the "Firefox is already running" error message. He asked for my hepl as he has tried reinstaling ff 1.5. He knows about the go to task manager to force it to close so yuo can reopen FF, but when you go to the task manager it does not list firefox.
I've never run into this problem were it says firefox is running but it is not, its not in the task manger and he has tried several reinstals/reboots. Any ideas?
He is running windows 2k adn does not have full admin right, as this is a puplic schools computer. I can't access reg edit or services.msc.
