I'm getting tubing for my new setup, I was looking at Tygon R3606, but I can't seem to find any 7/16 ID tubing. Am I looking at the wrong tubing, or what? Thanks, I know this is kinda a stupid question.

At that price(3$/foot) I'd go with masterkleer 7/16" I.D. 5/8"O.D at 0.38$ a foot. That's almost 8 feet of masterkleer for the price of a single foot of tygon. and it has the same bend radius and a better maximum working pressure. And mcmaster ships uber fast got my order across the border to Canada during the holiday in 19 hours(ordered on Monday P.M had the delivery guy knocking on my door the next day just before noon and I had regular ground delivery).
LINKY (http://www.mcmaster.com/) and look search for product No.5233K44

Yea, didn't realize that Tygon was so much more. The only reason i was gonna go with it over masterkleer was that i've heard masterkleer will cloud up, but at that price it'd be cheaper just to replace the tubing instead of getting tygon. Thanks both of you :)

Yeah, $3/foot is damn expensive. I am using masterkleer (only had it about 2 weeks) and it is okay to work with and it gets the job done. However, I have worked with tygon in a lab setting (I am a P.hD. student) and the stuff is crazy! If I had the money to blow or was sure that I was going to keep my setup as is for a while(not redoing stuff every other month...which is what we OC'ers do...lol) I would go with Tygon in a second.

That vendor has taken price gouging to a new level. I haven't seen the 7/16" Tygon anywhere else, but they're also selling 1/2" ID, 1/8" wall for $3 a foot, and McMaster-Carr sells it for 79 cents.

About halfway down the page is 7/16" Tygon. This place also has good prices on barbs.

Still a bit pricey at $1.65 a foot, but that's step in the right direction. :)

IIRC, Cathar tried 7/16"ID 5/8"OD Tygon and found that it bent well without kinking. I wonder if the 9/16"OD on that site is stiff enough for our purposes.

Umm, wrong. That 79 cents/foot is for GENERIC pvc tubing. Now look to the far right column, the Tygon there is $4/foot. Part # 5554K19

Yeah but it is 1/16" wall, way too thin.

Oops, you're right. I should have realized that was too good to be true.

Yea, I just bought the Masterkleer. For 38 cents a foot, I couldn't say no. Unfortunately I didn't order until Firday afternoon, so it won't ship until Monday morning ><.
