I have pf turned on atm. and while im editing photos in CS it use alomost to 900mb of virtual memory and is slow as crap :bang head . Will turning off Pf speed it up (because i have a gig) or would i see any diff?

The page file usage as shown in the Windows Task Manager shows the actual physical memory usage, not the usage of the disk page file. Turning off VM in Windows is not recommended.

Photoshop runs best when you have a partition or (preferably) a separate hard drive/RAM drive from the Windows VM designated for the PS scratch disk.

Also, for heavy Photoshop CS2 usage, 2Gig is prefered, unless you love to wait.
