Whats some good TV tuner Software?

Just need a good software for viewing tv. I tryed dscaler and win dvr, dscale is a little complicated and buggy and windvr is a bit dated and slow. Any recommendations?

Check out GB-PVR. It does much more than just tv, but can be configured pretty easy to do whatever you need.

You can run it windowed....it's the first checkbox in the config.
