Any difference between the OEM and the retail audigy?

i could get ahold of the oem version of the sound blaster audigy for $60 and i was just wondering if theres any difference between the OEM and the retail version, cuz if i go oem i can save $40 but i wouldnt want to if the card is worse than the retail.

I sure the OEM is the same card, just like in the SB Live days, minus the pretty box and software package.
