thanks ok how aobut this one i found it's a iso file

you're going to want to find an iso burner for those. I think .nrg is nero's form of iso. you can use isobuster or other similar app to see what's in there, but if you're going to just stick it to a cd use your burner. Nero has an option for it. I use burndrive for iso's.
