So many new Det. XP drivers, what's the best?

I just downloaded ver 21.88 from www.ipkonfig.com and I wonder if anybody is getting better scores with the newest drivers? I have no time to benchmark anymore.

I still find the original 21.81's to be the best for me.

ok i just tried the 21.88 drivers and my score went down big time what the heck is going on here 1688 now with the 21.88 drivers 3774 before with 21.83 drivers ..

Now i just tried the 21.85 drivers and my score went up a little i got a 2579 now it seems like the newer the driver gets the worst my score gets im gonna download the 21.81 and try that one now.

I've been using the 12.81 drivers and they are good. I recently compare this to the 21.83, 21.85, and 21.88 drivers on my system. All three of the newer drivers did better than the 21.81 at default video clock speeds on my GF3. The 21.88 were just a few points better with the 21.83 drivers a very close second. With my card overclocked, the 21.83 drivers slightly edged out the 21.88, but the 21.85 did not do nearly as well. Since the 21.83 seem the most stable and are certified, I've switched over to them. So far, I like the 21.83 drivers the best. As always, your mileage may vary.

The 21.85's worked best for me. The 21.88's showed no difference at all (20 marks less than the 21.85's in fact.) I hadn't installed the latest Via 4-in-1's then though, so I might give it a try tonight............

well i fist set to default everything, benched using 2181, 2183, 2185, 2188 and the 2185 were the fastest, and when i ID FINALLY get the 2188 to install i took over a 1000pt performace loss in 3dmark 2k1 so i think they are nto that good. Alos try it using the 432 VIA or the 435, those were the fastest on my system

ok i went to the 21.81 and i get scores of 3744 amazing what a driver could do i am gonna leave these drivers in they are the best
