Problem with HD - Invalid MFT

Well today my pc didn't boot all i get is some disk error msg. I have tried to run CHKDSK and i get this error " INvalid MFT record" anyone can help me fix this problem. I need to recover the HD or at least some important files i have on it..

Run the command chkdsk /F (the /F switch fixes errors on the volume, including errors in the MFT) from the Recovery Console.
