I RMAed my Dfi Expert about two weeks ago. After getting my RMA extended by Brian, a few days later I asked if they had recived it since it was overnighted Via FedEx and I got an e-mail saying that it will take 1-2 buissness days to process if they recived it (thats reasonable). Its been a week and a few days since that e-mail and Im getting very frustrated. If I ever get my motherboard back, I will not be dealing with them again.

Im getting very frustrated. Are you saying that I will eventually get my board tho from your experinces/ what you've heard?

I have having identical issues as Son1990 and with the same product. They have had my RMA since the 6th of Jan...I have UPS confirmation about delivery and even the guy who signed for it...but they cant' find it...they have lost my RMA'ed DFI Expert.

Thanks for the number Sam....I'll try that one on Monday morning. Even though it is for product information and not return status. I have tried the return status number

I have called the above number several times and get just a recording. The below email is the only one I have gotten from them in the last week. I have left several recordeed phone calls asking about my RMA

Good Afternoon -

Your RMA number is xxxxx. This still shows as open in our system. Can you provide us with the tracking number so we can have the receiving department look into this?

I guess my prayers for personal patience are working...heh! :)

Patience I guess is the key with Monarch. I should FINNALY be getting my board back this monday.

I had to rma something from them and phoning just added to frustration, they make you wait forever, and you have to repeat the same garbage to 3 or 4 people and then you wait, all in all I waited 3 weeks for my stuff that they screwed the order up on to begin with.

They dont go out of their way to hurry for anyone, and being the first time i ordered from them I was a bit turned off, i have since ordered 2 processors from them without incident.

I still think newegg crushes them and newegg is slightly lacking these days, they seem quite overwhelmed latley, but they handle things in a much more proffesional level all in all its always a pleasant experience with newegg, I cant say the same for monarch. I only order from them if there's a saving involved and as a last resort really.

Mwave is a nother top notch place, they are the quickest at getting things out to you, everytime i order from them with 2 day fedex i get in 3 days which is sweet, MWaves RMA is top notch also, NO BS, no sitting on the phone forever, no waiting 3 - 4 weeks...

Welp, I just got thuis e-mail this morning.....We do not show that this RMA has been checked into our system yet. It takes at least 2-3 business days after receipt at our facility to check in packages.

Tired of messing with them, so I got a refund and bought the same board at the egg just now. They said my refund will take 10 buisness days from today.... :eh?:
