My GF2 MX is at 180 GPU 200 Mem with passive stock cooling so yeah

You will be OK at that. To go higher, get a fan for the heatsink, and RAM sinks for the memory.......

Hah those are very small.... without any kind of cooling i easily got my geforce2 to 190/200. Be daring, man! ;p

ur gpu is fine. the memory bandwith is not, try rasin the memory speed. i got my original tnt2m64 150mhz ram to do 180mhz with no artifacts and no voltage rasing.

Yes not only could it probably go a little more but video cards are more reliant on the memory speed than the core frequency. If it starts acting weird then try and back the core down but keep the memory up. You should get better overall speeds doing this.
