I'm planning to overclock my Celeron 433. Is the stock heatsink/fan good enough? I have a Global Win WBK38 lying around; do I need to use that one instead? Thanks!

Well wouldn't hurt to stick that on would it :D

You'll most likely get more ocing done with the spare HSF lying around.. The stock ones of Intel are ok but dont do all the job the chip can do . :D

If you're only trying to raise the FSB to 75 MHz, then the "stock" cooler will probably be ok. For anything higher, then you probably should get better cooling. Trouble is, those 433 Celerons rarely would overclock to 100 FSB (650) and 83 FSB often runs the PCI bus too far out of spec to be useful or stable, so it's probably not worth going any higher than 75 MHz FSB anyway.

i wouldn't worry to much with cooling, you will not get far on that chip anyway
