I installed tweakxp and activated the ad-blocker. But it prevented me from going to alot of sites that I like. So I it off, but it didn't work for some reason. I even totally uninstalled tweakxp, but can't disable the ad-blocking. Any ideas?

I'm using Tweak XP with winXP. and I have all the settings at default. Where is the ad-blocker feature located in the system?
Did you install the trial version or the pay version?

Of which?
I do not have the trial version of TweakXp or winXP
Of Tweak XP!! I don't think there is a trial version of Win XP. Was the serial number one you bought or one you borrowed?

Bought, of course.
Out of curiosity, why would that make a difference?
Personally, I'd say its in the registry, and I'll probably run you a merry chase :).
Open Regedit (or the XP equivalent) and search for anything having to do w/ TweakXP or the name of the tweak you used to activate it.
The reason that I asked is that the Tweak XP people have some crazy threat concerning use of cracked serials.
Have you considered doing a restore to some time before the Tweak install? I had to do that recently and it worked well for me.
