Holy cow! I didnt have time to read it all, but the pictures are worth 1,000 words right? lol thats pretty cool! I remember reading that one article about some Sweedish guy who did that with some $1,000/ga. liquid and a celeron and doubled its clock speed!

problem: no heat removal as oil does not evaporate. Dead end.

Just wait a week and that cooking oil will smell like an old gym locker.
And you can't tell me that the oil isn't migrating up that psu cable or out of the mobo sockets.
