Ummm FEAR, Quake 4 take minor advantage of it so far. Those are what I thought of right away but theres plenty more.

Thanks for those! I decided to start adding everyone's contributions to a consolidated list in the original post (thought it might come in handy). I'd forgotten about the dual core patch for Quake 4 and for Call of Duty 2 and I've added them, as well as FEAR.
