Crucial PC133 quick question

I'm looking for a new PC133 512mb SDRAM chip CAS2 7.5ns or faster.

I thought crucial made 512 chips but I can't find any. So do they actually make 512 chips and I just can't find them on the site or do I need to search for an alternative manufacturer?

They only list cas 3 in 512mb but I bet they will run at cas 2.
