Video Clip to Background/Sceensaver

Hey guys no clue how to do this.
I have a small video clip thats not very colorfull and i just wana take this small clip and make it a Screensaver (in loop) or a destopbackground w/e both are fine Screensaver would be cooler tho.

Any thoughts on how to do one of those?
its just a small WMA.

.... i used the movie maker to edit it and make it a WMA.

now that its a small clip in a normal format there should be a simple way. thats why i aked here if no one can help oviosly i can go to another webpage.

Just alot of smart people here im shure some one knows how to do this.
