Can You Get Hotmail In Outlook 2000

I'm got Office 2000 but only Word and Excel 2000 installed was wondering can you get your hotmail to be delivered to Outlook 2000. I've also heard that Outlook 2000 causes some PC problems at the moment it's fully updated for patches Service Pack 1a & 3 plus other patches. Perhaps I'm reading to much into it but anyways if anyone can answer my main point thanks.

Dont you need to pay now to have it sent to outlook now? I thought you did maybe im wrong! Anyway there making Hotmail look alot like outlook now its in Beta and im testing now i like it tho it's now fully supporting Mozilla
