What program do people use to monitor hardware (fans, temps, etc) on their desktop?

It is a good program that can track your temps, cpu usage, Fan rpm's, etc...

I like Motherboard Probe. A few years ago I came to the conclusion that Motherboard Probe uses less resources. I don't know if this is still the case.
