You should have been around on black friday. I got this beauty, a Samsung Syncmaster 914v for only $199, no rebates!
It will no longer let you add any to your cart. The only way to get this now is to get it at one of their stores.

Yeah I am with you on that. Please let me know if you find a good 19" LCD for around $200 as you said. I would definately like to know. My tiny shoebox room and desk they give me in the military is so small so an LCD would help out a bunch. :) Thank you in advance.

Hmm...is 12ms refresh rate good enough for all gaming? I was thinking I should go with 8ms. I don't know much about LCD stuff.
Thanks,
Jared

Quoting the 1st review on this monitor:
Fujiplus Rebate?
Pros: If you want the monitor, be prepared to pay the full price without the rebate - like all the others who have purchased this monitor - NO REBATE FROM FUJIPLUS. Newegg needs to stop showing a rebate on...
this item.. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!!!
Cons: NO REBATE - EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... More »
Other Thoughts: AND.... STILL NO REBATE!!!!!!!!!!
--- end of quote.

I bought some Fuji CD-R's that had a rebate (they were free AR) and I got it.
I think Fuji and Fujiplus are two different companies. When I clicked on company's website link, it brought me to here on that lcd.

Just what I was looking for. Running dual monitors with 1 LCD and 1 CRT :p
The CRT takes up way too much space. Thanks D
$160.99 after NY state tax and rebates.
How is it for gaming? I may just take this instead of a 19".
*EDIT* I think it's a dead deal cuz I don't see rebate offers anymore, and it's OOS.

You are correct. I had thought the newegg deal was on "Fuji" branded monitor, didn't realize it was "Fujiplus". Fuji and Fujifilm are divisions of the Fujitsu group... Fujiplus is evidently a Chinese knock-off aimed to take advantage of the Fuji name. So what I said about the rebate can be disregarded as not applicable.
For the record, Fuji does make LCD monitors too but they are sold as just plain old Fuji. And it appears you can still get this Office Depot deal but only in B&M form.

It's a good looking monitor, takes up little space compaired to the $199 LCD I bought in 2002. There's a bit of light bleed at the top and bottom. Optimum res 1280x1024. It's advertised as the "least expensive quality LCD monitor" in the store display. For the price, I'm happy with it.
Thanks again D. :D
