well being someone who is planing my first water cooling I would say

Reactor
black ice 2
enheim(or how ever its spelled) in the largest res you can fit

any one think other wise???

Radiator: Heater cores ($15-$25 at auto parts stores)

Pump/resevoir: Danner Supreme Mag Drive Pumps ($25-$40)
