What would be the best way to make that rear 120mm fan port less airflow-restrictive? It has all those tiny little holes, and I can barely feel any air coming out with a 77.26 CFM 120mm fan.

edit: holes are approx 1/8th inch in diameter.

The whole thing? Will that make the case it too weak?

i have the same exact case and i cut it all away, along with the grills on the 80mm fans in the front.

As long as the sides of the frame are in place (usually bent into a L or U shaped) the case will have plenty of strength.

After you cut out the grill replace it with a spiral fan cover protects your fingers and helps beef up the case. http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/fanguards.html
