Auto Shutdown Circuits????

I'm stuck looking for some type of circuit that has a built in probe that will cut power to the motherboard (or cut 120vac to the PSU). Is there such a thing?

I am hoping to not canabalize a commercial setup. But it seems that they are the only ones who offer a premade circuit.
