Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I believe it comes with 4pin + 4pin that connect side-by-side.

Yup. The "P4" connector has a single 4-Pin for 4-pin boards, and has a second 4-pin that attaches to it to create the 8-pin plug (NO ADAPTORS!!!).
Same for the ATX connector - it is a 20-Pin, and has a seperate 4-pin to create the 24-pin ATX conector...
A killer PSU IMO.

will the ocz 520 be enough for my system ..
according to ocz .. my system would take about 540w under full load ..
and the 520 maxes around 600w .. they said it should be enough .. but the 600w would be better but i dont want split 12v rails

The 600W would be worse, actually - it has proven itself incapable of driving loads the 520W can.
In this case, your system will be absolutely fine with the 520W :)
I don't see 540W worth of load in your sig, anyway... the 520W won't be too stressed.
