From your sig it looks as if you have memory rated to 150MHz so I see you having no problems as far memory goes.

I have some PC100 sticks that goto 138MHz, and I've currently got 2*256Meg sticks that do 150MHz CAS3. The DDR you have should be good for 150MHz at least.........
