best program to convert divx to dvd

I have some files that I need to convert from divx to dvd compatable files. What is the best software, preferably free, that can do that? The only one I have found that will do it is winavi and we had some issues with that.

Nevermind. I got it to work. I figured out that a lot of the files were actually xvid, so I needed a codec for that. I have TMPGEnc working on it now.
