yeah i had heard of that before, is there a way to make rules so it doesn't affect anything? otherwise give the free edition of avg a shot. it works great.

Norton needs to burn. Get rid of it if at all possible. Not just because of this, its just bad software in general.

The last time I ever tried tu use norton, I had to format to remove it. such an incredible resource hog, plus I got infected anyway. Never had problems from AVG free, and it has caught things norton didn't.

Give them time and I'm sure Micosquish will take out Norton. They pushed Symantec out of the compiler business.

Disable Norton; install FAH; Enable Norton :)

Norton asks a few question; tell it to allow/permit always and you are good to go.
