which one is the best ?

NORTON CLEANSWEEP............mcafee uninstaller?

I bought an uninstaller once. Lasted about a week. It monitors everything you install. I found that it just slowed the whole system up. I myself prefer to do it all by hand.

I tend to uninstall clean up manually then use RegCleaner to polish up the Registry. You can get it here http://www.jv16.org/
