i have a netgear router with a built in AP. im NOT using it as a router, only as an AP.
Its a DG834G
Then i have a netgear AP, a WG602.
i want the 602 to act as a repeater.
i tried to do it but it just wouldnt work. according to the netgear i site all i had to do was enter the MAC address of the DG834 into the repeater section of my 602 and then make sure the 602 is broadcasting the same SSID and has the same security settings.
trouble is the repeater mode wont allow my to click apply untill i have removed the WPA-PSK...
anyone set up a repeater?
