Is this cpu a good buy for $130?

I am going to stick it on a ABKG7-LITE with some Corsair PC2100(266MHZ BUS) 256MB ECC DDR 32X72 (184PIN) REG.

I am currently running an Abit KT7E w/ a Duron 800 running at 1050(100). Will I see a considerable difference in my 3D gaming with this upgrade, and can I OC this processor as easily as it was to OC the Duron???

I 20% overclock is very possible with the XP you have a nice 30% overclock with the duron which might be harder to achieve with the xp but 1.7ghz will be a hell of a lot faster.
