ugh so havnt been being carefull now i have a computer full of spyware viruses, so i download some free apps to kill t hat stuff and when they get to end they say to remove you have to pay. So what is the best COMPLETLY free anti-spyware and virus removal that we clense my comp?

You're required to go the advanced options section and make sure that it's set to do a full scan.

wow spybots like taking forever, i mean after like an hour its 1/2 way done is that right?

It depends on your system and how much stuff its finding. Just let it finish and you should have some good stuff to remove.
