I would highly recommend that you install your watercooling setup before you get into the pelt side of things. Installing a watercooling setup is very easy. Preparing for a pelt installation is not. There are several articles and links off the main oc.com page in regards to condensation prevention, as well as some threads by rockstarbob in this very section. Please do your homework, and don't rush into it like I did and ruin a good cpu/mobo ;) GOOD LUCK!
thank you that was what i was looking for. i have the water cooling semi installed but i messed up my board and not im waiting on a rma..... SO far what i ve read is about watts. How do i tell how many watts my cpu is putting out?

Radiate will tell you your wattage output. You can find a link somewhere on the main page. I think regardless of your actual wattage output people usually use 172w peltiers, or something similar. If you use a peltier thats just powerful enough it wont do you any good because you wont be able to overclock any more, and isnt that the whole point?:)
If you have not already read them, these links may help you out.
