renaming files with folder name

Is there any file renamer you know that is capable of renaming files with the folder name like the following, and maybe add number sequences:

Galleries\Gallery1\Gallery101.jpg
Galleries\Gallery1\Gallery102.jpg
Galleries\Gallery2\Gallery201.jpg

I've got a huge amount of folders and files and wanted the files to have the name of the folder where they are allocated. Thanks!
