I know for a good watercool solution airflow is very important. However, due to the lack of space I am limited to one radiator. I'm wondering can a >100 cfm push/pull configuration make up for a 120.2 w/ slower fan solution. Assuming both setups contain the same pump, D5.

depends on your hardware.
 
it can make up.

more surface area +how air flow = less surface area + high air flow

the exact mathematical relationship dont kno.

But for most setups even mid fan on pa120.1 is good enough.
