Hey guys, I'm putting a new system together; I will be using the system for some video editting, and word processing. Which video card should I get? I want to keep the price of the video card under $170. Here are the specs for the system:
AMD XP 1700
512 Mb 2100
VIA KT266 A mobo
40 Gb
I think those are the relevant specs. Also, I haven't put the system together yet. These specs that I've given you, were recommended to me elsewhere in the forum.

Geforce3Ti200 sounds right for you.....but if the OEM Radeon 8500s get into that price range, those should be good for you....

I agree with funnyperson and if you're looking for something a little cheaper I'd go with the GeForce2 Ti.
