Maybe Stanford has not updated yet?
I don't put much faith in the counter on the client.
Mine is 2 short but I am running two systems. It probably hasn't updated yet.
Fold on!

I had units that were cached and then turned in with later work a couple of days ago that were never credited. I wonder if there is a problem with the caching.

2 wu's while I was at school? This is strange usually I get 1 WU done while I'm at school. I checked it before I left and it was at 50 and I get home and I have 2 more wu's than when I left and it's at 300 on the next wu! I think I got credited for a WU I didn't do.
It could have been a cached wu. Maybe?? If so then that's good :D
i dont know for sure. how big are you guys F@H folders. mine is 16 megs right now.
My biggest folder is about 10MB, but it's an older version of the client. I think the newer versions fixed that but not sure.

I agree that the program is not 100% correct. I started folding a villin (2/1000) and decided to update. I got credit for that villin in my program. Obviously, the program and actual stats won't match up. As for Stamford, don't worry, you just gotta wait for updates i guess. No big deal if they miss a WU or 2 anyways.
Mine is 4.5 MB. I just deleted my core_65 last night. S I am now running 100 frame villin's. I think I liked it better before when they showed 1000 steps. Fold on!!!

The one wu that I found not sent uploaded along with my last wu. All my work is now accounted for.

for me the 2.12 version had some fixes and worked better but it still has some bugs to work out.

It's probably not a bad idea, but the way things are going with this client I'd rename and keep the existing FAH folder in storage just in case. At least until you know that the new client will work.
If you do just delete it you may want to delete the client, the core_65, all of the work in the work folder, and the queue.dat
That was what Vijay recommended doing in order to get the checkpointing to work. I can say that checkpointing does seem to work better where I have done this.
