What fan to get?

OK, so I am going to purchase some sort of radiator for the water cooling kit i am building. Most of the radiators have spots for 120mm fan, some have dual (Black Ice 2). So what are so good 120mm fans that cool, and are quiet.

hehe, I haven't seen a silent DELTA in my whole life ;)
But maybe you change your mind and want MAX airflow. Then go get some of these 60x60x38 babies from delta (80m^3/h * 4 that would be. 320 m^3/h, not that bad).
