Do Cat 6.1's work with the X1900????

Just curious since The Egg sent me a cracked Driver CD with my X1900XTX... :bang head :bang head

I noticed on Softpedia, the 1900 series isn't listed as a compatible card with 6.1...

I'm assuming it should work no problem, but what do I know..... :eh?:

isnt this sad the x1900xt is so new theres no proper drivers for it? ATI should have released the drivers first! Now people with that card have no proper drivers to support!

Last time when they released the X1800, they were months late and got raked over the coals for the paper launch... plus the driver support was still lacking at first, but they caught up quickly. Now they release on time and all the X1900 cards are readily available, but we still complain about driver support. Yep, us overclockers are a impatient bunch. I know what you're saying though, I'll be very glad when the Cat 6.2 gets here.

Anyway, the drivers off the disc seem to be working good in F.E.A.R., NFS MW, and Source. Of course I want new stuff too, so hurry up ATI boys!
