Does anyone know if there are any 4x3½" sata 300 backplanes out there, fitable in a 3x5.25 slot?

I can only find SATA 150 supporting backplanes, and I'm really looking forward to having that 4th disk for hotspare in an upcoming rig.

Thanks in advance,

Flix

Edit: This (http://www.cremax.com/mb018-sata.htm) is what I am looking for, just for sata-300

That supports Sata 300.

It is just a pass-thru. The cables are physically identical so it will work. I've never seen one that didn't work that way, and I can't imagine how else it would work.

That would be my guess as well, which is why SATA drives will work on a SATA2 board
