Target has the Fuji FinePix F10 digital camera for $199 in store. It's a in-store only deal and the website does not reflect this price.
Who knows about digicams knows that this is VERY good price for this otherwise $350 camera, but can be had online for about $275. It has a great image processor and can take pictures up to ISO1600 without much noise, which is, for a non-SLR camera unheard of. Consequently, low light pictures with this camera are fabulous.

According to the link in d94's original post it has the ability to shoot short video's, The length of course dependent on how large your memory card is.
I may have to use my Target team member discount and grab one of these, Honestly don't really need it, However it is a heckuva a deal and it is a better digi cam than I currently have.
and where to find a 512mb xD card for $35 or so...
Man, just saw a brand new 512 xD sell for $30 at another forum ([H] or AT, not sure).

Just called Staples customer service for their online store to pricematch. First they told me they don't pricematch web to regular store but i made the guy verify his info and he came back apologizing that they would pricematch. After he called and found out the price he told me that he had to call coporate to get the apporval for the price match and it may take 1-3 days for him to call me back. I asked him why he needed to call corporate and he said because the price is below their cost for the item.
They called back 30 minutes later and did the pricematch:
After 110% pricematch= $179.99 - $30 coupon + tax= $157.49 -$50 online rebate= $107.49 AR

I just got mine from Target 199 so it was liek 209 total.. its an awesome cam !. Th eshots are great for my purposes (indoor / low-light)
Its a nice upgrade from my old (1998) Fuji MX-2900zoom 3.2mp which cost me 700 beans back in the day, whoo.

I called my local Target and they had exactly ONE left. I called Staples, and he signed onto target.com (making fun of their site) and found one for $329.99 then the bulk one for like $400ish... I told him they were wrong and was like "how about I give you their local # cuz they told me it was $200." He put me on hold and called them and WABAM PRICE MATCH! It wasn't TOO long of a hold, and then I slapped on a $20 coupon that I got from d94 here for $1, and total came out to $172.79 shipped UPS ground, which will get to me tomorrow!! 1 day shipping. :)

I just went home for lunchbreak, and there it was on the patio in front of the front door.
It's so sexy. :) I opened it up and played with a bit while I was on the toilet, lol. I zoomed into the shaving cream on the counter and took a pic of it. Then I zoomed in and I could almost read the fineprint completely! Great cam so far... gotta do more testing with it, though.

If staples was losing money on it, target probably was also. once they realized they made this mistake, they probably pulled the rest of the cameras off the shelves untill they could raise the price back up.

Oh ****....I assumed since the sign said $199.99 and 2-3-06 I was good to go. I checked the receipt and they nailed me at $299.99.
I sure hope that 199 sign is still there, either way I am going to argue it, if they don't give me the right price for it, I will just return it.

This is a REALLY nice camera for $199 too. For its normal price though, it is a total hunk of poo. I know someone with a Konica Minolta in that range that all around is a much better camera (it isn't as compact though).
