Another of those strange WU's

Found some free CPU time for SETI and had another WU with loads of spikes, all at the beginning. Shame the unit did not complete, it only got to 50%.

When did you get that? I just got one a couple of days ago. It took less then 3 minutes to complete on mine.

That kind of WU are corrupted WU or with lots of static. They usually not completed.....sometimes giving you a 3 minute WU or even better a 10 minute WU. If you crunch a corrupted WU you are usually not credited for it.

Woah.... In my near 500 WUs of crunching, I've NEVER seen so many spikes in a WU!!!!

Wait... Just checked.... I have 1 WU with 190 spikes. Got 49.44% done. Too bad I didn't see the results screen on that one. My next highest is 50 spikes..... That's why I've never seen one.....

Just checked the details of that WU, it was also my lowest AR -1.00. I'm glad it didn't complete:)
