I'm thinking about borging some computers around here, but I'm wondering if I can limit the CPU work, because most of these people just buy dells and such...so I dont want to melt their computer or wear it out...
would you also suggest running as a service for borgs? it'll be running constantly then, so will their compy always be bogged down?

I think that there is a flag that you can use to limit F@H but I don't know what it is. Also, F@H does not bog down your computer. It only uses spare resources that you wouldn't be using other wise. Read the FAQ, it can explain it better than I can.

I would say yes use the one click, and also give them a .bat to be able to stop and start them. As for limiting cpu usage thats in the client.cfg file. Just set cpuusage:100 to like 75 or whatever you want.

Edit: As for bogging down a system it actually can even just using spare cycles. Because even though it only uses spare cpu cycles it uses ram that could be needed for other apps.

I think I'm going to just let it run at 100%, i've read through the newb'files...and I think it'll be fine. I'll just give the people my phone #
I dl'ed the .bat's too....so I just need to get my thumbdrive and run like a bat out of....welll....yeah.
