villin, 100 frames?

My new folder is getting villin with 100 frames that go super slow. On my other machine, villin is 1000 frames, I think?

Are other people getting this 100 frame nightmare?

yeah, on my 1800 at home, i only get the 100 version. on my 333 machines, i get the 1000 version. kinda odd. i think it may have something to do with benchmarking.

This is due to a new core65 that was released in the last couple days or so. The work should be exactly the same but the way it looks at the work is different. I believe it was done because people were ending up with work folders that were massive in size(50-100MB) from having to process so many small units.

If one machine is getting a 100 frame villin it will take 10 times as long per frame as an identical machine getting a 1000 frame villin.

Well good its not just me, I thought this protein was slow. btw do we get more credit for the longer ones like in the first verison?
