I guess its free anyway :)
Thanks, Moho. Free F1 racing game--the graphics on the official site look nice. Downloading it now.
Have you played it? How did you find the game? I've never heard of it.
FYI, potential downloaders--it's not for 56k. 265mb.
just seen it looks neat, downloading my copy now

I got it earlier. It is a driving stunt racing game from what I seen so far.
Everytime I went to save the modified the car colors. It told me the file is read only. Other than that, not to bad for free.
I still can't find where to remap the keys though. arrow up for accel and down for brake is not fun. I want more options.
^^^Yep, I can't find that either. I'm beginning to think that those are the only options and there is no key remapping.
Have to say this game reminds me of an old game called Stuntz from at least 10 years back.
Stuntz.... was that for Genesis?

There are many versions of track mania. Checkout some of the other versions too, all free. I've been playing them for about 6 mos. now. Lots of fun.

Could you link to this?
Since I have this game in my computer. I would like to know what I am dealing with and any claims. So I may look into it.
Thanks. :D

Well I had Starforce on my machine. I cleaned it out.
I verified that is was not TrackMainia installing it. I removed all traces of the game. Ran the Starforce cleaner. Did the restart tribute.
Reinstalled the game. Looked for Starforce and no entries for it. Not sure if it was a few demos I may have used or a game I have in my collection here.
AFAIK, TrackMania did not install Starforce.
If I could get someone who knows they do not have Starforce installed. See if this game installed it. To verify my findinds that would give many information they could be happy to read.
This is a fun game to play, if it is installing a driver that is not needed for general usage. They should know. In my findings, I don't see it installing it.
they say sometimes it installs it sometimes it does if you read the thread.
not saying its true as i havent tested it

I've ran every demo of Trackmania they've released (that I've found) and have yet to have an issue with spyware. A couple buddies of mine and I play often.

I really don't see a game installing Starforce randomly. Either it installs it or it don't. The folks who are on the other form haven't really tested it. They just see one person like I have stating so, and then do a check find it. Then conclude it is so.
I perfer to have data. To find out that something is doing something we need input like you have given. Otherwise I would have probally gone with the Starforce for who knows how long. Since I use only factory game disks(or official demos) and rarely use my burner. I would of probally never would of known it was there, or cared.
Now to back to designing the perfect looking car.... :D
