The processor I have right now is a p3 733Mhz on a ASUS cusl2 motherboard. Is there any gain in performance to replace it with a Celeron 1100Mhz? Is the celeron stable to overclock? any advices?

i would go witht the celeron. yea the celeron is a good overclocker and a very stable chip.
