First Time, Odd Request

I have never overclocked before, and I don't plan to soon. I need help underclocking. I have an old game, (Ultima 7 specifically), which runs too fast. I really want to play it again. I do not know how to do this, or even what program to get to accomplish it. Or even what bad things it could possibly do. Could someone please tell me what to do? And what I need? I have an 800 MHz AMD Athlon, if that would help.

Is you chip unlocked? and What mobo have you got?

I can find out what "Mobo" I have, but I don't know what an unlocked chip is, and how I would find out if it is or not.

anyway, just download a program to slowdown your cpu.

i think this is a link for a program that does it. I have used a few shareware ones and they work fine as well. But they tend to require some fine tuning.
