step by step please help

Ok once i receive my new motherboard and athlon xp 1800. What do I need to do step by step to overclock it? I know nothing about overclocking so If someone could provide some good info I would really appreciate it.

What are your system stats? How you go about OCing depends alot on the motherboard and what sort of Bios options it offers. You could also try reading some of the info in the beginners section of the www.overclockers.com main page.
