ok, my mb, MS-6378 HAS THE KLE133 Chipset. It does not let me change the Vcore or multiplier, only the FSB. But i cqant' get past 107 w/o getting a windows error. The temp is only 22C and the vcore is set at 1.62. If I connect the L7 bridges and pump in more power, will i might be able to crank up the FSB higher?

Your chipset is a VIA-built chipset that is a KT133 with built in vga, sound,NIC,modem etc depending on your mobo. Just as VIA released the KT133 and KT133a chips, they released KLE133 and also KM133 and KM133a chipsets with the 'a' designating 133MHz fsb support. (go to http://www.via.com.tw/jsp/en/products/apollo/KLE133.jsp for more info) The plain old 133's were limited by VIA and could do max about 120Mhz fsb. Ty to set your board to 133mhz fsb as the chipset should take it. It may be the built in AGP2X is limiting you, try a PCI vga card and see if it helps? I doubt that more voltage would do anything except damage your chip though. Sorry 4 the bad news (but take a look at my AWSOME rig to cheer you up :D )
Good luck
