need help with a buy script in CS:S

I have tried a few things and failed all the time. All I want to do is put the right things in my .cfg to bind a key to buy some certain things. does anyone have experience with this? I read some guides and never ended up with anything.

my goal is to hit one button to buy the deagle, helmet+vest, and full secondary mags.

how do i do it?

you can use the preset configs in the lower right hand corner of the buy menu in source, throw out all ur guns, buy deagle, helmet+vest, and secondary and then press save. then ur good to go. each one of the four boxes corrosponds to w s a d keys, so u press b for buy then a for a config, w for w config... and so on

theres a save option in the buy menu
what you do is buy everything you want to save in a config... then press b again and press one of those save buttons
you can then press the corresponding button to buy the same stuff...
thats what i do..

cool, i will give that a shot. will it save the info even it the config is read only?

theres no manual config editing with that.. its just part of the game...

that's where i was reading. but i saw a lot was for cs 1.6. also, do you have to make aliases? can you use the names from the autobuy.txt?

okay got it going now, it's great! i had been making all these aliases i didn't need.
