Well i just reinstalled windows xp becuz of some crashes and some random minor problems. The random problems r fixed but the crashes remain the same as before the fresh install. It is a device driver problem and it tells me to uninstall yadda yadda yadda.
I did a fresh install of xp, then installed the chipset and lan drivers that came w/ my mobo. Next reboot...same driver crash. So that leads me to believe that i have a conflict goin on w/ my pci slots. I may be wrong so tell me if i am. All the installations went flawlessly also. So what imma do is post allll of my conflicts and tell u what pci slots and devices i have. The mobo is in my sig. I have the audigy in the third pci slot and a hauppage tv tuner mce150 in the fourth. I have access to all pci slots except teh first one. Here is my conflict list, help me out guyz...

I just recieved this error message
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x0000000A (0x86d449f0, 0x0000001c, 0x00000001, 0x804e163c)
I think this helps me confirm my assumption i hope
heres the microsoft error link: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;314063
and here is the brief explanation:"Stop error 0x0000000A (Stop 0x0A) indicates that there was an attempt in kernel mode to touch pageable memory at too high a process internal request level (IRQL). Typically, this error occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other possible causes of this error are an incompatible device driver, a general hardware problem, and incompatible software. "
My pc is overlocked considerably, fsb is at 250. Imma put it at default and see if the crashes go away. Once again, help me out yall. Thx
I'm not sure actually if these crashes explained in each post r related but i hope so. I've had about 5-6 crashes in about 4 hrs of use. Far more then b4 the install actually. Only one gave me a blue screen. Vpu recover kicked in about 3 times saving me from a crash.

Open Event Viewer (in order to access the error logs, and check for any critical errors)...Start | Run | Type eventvwr.msc and click OK | Highlight "Application" and "System" independently in the LH pane | Right click a couple of the newest crtical errors you've received (critical errors are in Red), and select "Properties" | Copy and paste (use the "Copy to Clipboard" button under the arrow butons in the Event Properties" window) a couple of the latest critical error messages as they appear under the "Description" field, and post them in this thread.

I believe i over did it but here are the errors ive recieved mainly. As a side note, ive had numerous crashes without any bluescreen or error report shown at startup, several blue screen crashes as mentioned in the post above. My g/f who is networked to my pc also recieved the irq not less then or equall blue screen. And ive had some issues with my cable light on my modem goin off periodically.

AFA the IRQ sharing issue, I really don't think I'd be too concerned about it... other than possibly moving the Audigy to another slot so it's not sharing with the TV card. Here's an article in the MSKB in regards to IRQ sharing that you may want to check out...
A general description of IRQ sharing in Windows XP

Regarding the WMIAdapter errors, check to make sure the WMI Performance Adapter service is set to Manual under the Startup type field. Also make sure the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is set to Automatic, and started. The Userenv errors can be corrected by installing the User Profile Hive Cleanup Service tool, available from MS here...
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1B286E6D-8912-4E18-B570-42470E2F3582&displaylang=en
... and I'll have to work on the other errors later on today. In the meantime, you could also check to make sure the "DCOM Server Process Launcher" service is set to Automatic.
